20TH CENTURY DECORATIVE ARTS

In 2003 the Doris Leslie Blau Gallery launched a selection of mid century  Decorative Arts. Due to our success with modern custom carpet designs inspired by vintage rugs from the modernist period it felt natural to implement the Decorative Arts.

In 2004 the gallery debuted an exhibition of an Italian mid century furniture designed by an Italian architect named Guglielmo Ulrich (1904-1977)  the display was the first retrospective of its kind in the Untied States.

The gallery features works by Dunand, Leleu, Buffa, Jansen, Dominique, Parzinger, Adnet and many beautiful pieces by anonymous designers.
